I only ran the radar for maybe 20 minutes. I don't think I'm getting a charge at all!?! :shrug:īesides calling my mechanic, is there something simple I'm overlooking? Can a GPS atenna be on backwards? I checked the 3 display options, none of them corrected the problem. Flipped to both and it started, but my voltage meter is moving at all when I give throttle. Flipped on my main batteries and #1 wouldn't start the boat. Mid way through the day my new radio displayed a 'low battery' sign. Second, I had an oversized Kodiak alternator installed and a 3rd deep cycle battery put in the system to handle the additional electronics. The point on my GPS triangle is the back of the boat on the screen. I noticed my Radar overlay was correct but the shore lines were backwards. 2 problems: First, my GPS is tracking down the screen. Most of you know I just got my new Raymarine C80 on the water today. :help:I'm so torked right now I don't know whether to laugh or cry, so I'm basically doing both.
